Registrations must be done on an individual basis and are valid for that  individual only.

Yes. If you can only attend for one day, you can purchase a day pass, as that will be less expensive than the full conference pass. You can purchase day passes during the registration process.

Conference badges are not mailed. Passes will be available at the registration  desk the morning of the conference.

The registration desk will be open during the entire  conference.

No, you should select the sessions that most interest you. At any given time  during the conference, you will have three or four interactive sessions from  which to choose (or you may elect to leave the building and go on a tour). You should  move around among the sessions in order to maximize your learning.

Refunds will only be given in full minus a 75$ administration fee until July 31st. After that date, no refunds will be given.

Five meals are provided (with a full pass) plus refreshments. Breakfast, lunch and the awards dinner on Day One. Breakfast and Lunch on Day Two.

EMC can accommodate most dietary restrictions. Dietary restrictions are in the registration form located here.

As a not-for-profit, EMC has priced this event as affordably as possible intending 1 pass per person. Transferable/shareable passes may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Advantage through Excellence: Future of Manufacturing is a 2½ day event exploring the competitive advantages, opportunities and successes that can be achieved by manufacturers through peer-to-peer networking and sharing of best practices.  The conference is comprised of Learning Workshops, Best Practice Simulation, Keynote Speakers, Plant Tours and Peer-to-Peer Networking, with leading edge subject-matter-expertise and need-to-have “rubber-meets-the road” learning.

Tours

Tours will be released as they are confirmed and will be on a first come first serve basis.

Tour costs are included in your delegate package.

Typically, there are a few people who do not show up for their tour. If a tour  is full, you can have your name added to a waiting list. Once your name is on  the list, we will email you ahead of the tour to let you know if there is room.  Some tours will be more popular than others, therefore we cannot predict how  long the waiting lists will be.

No. If the tour you are attending requires personal protective equipment, it  will be provided to you by the host facility, unless otherwise noted. Please note, all facilities require attendees to wear full leather-like closed-toe  shoes with a heel height of no more than one inch, a long or short-sleeved  shirt/blouse, long pants (no shorts, skirts or dresses).


Exhibitors

Exhibitors are limited to sponsors of the event due to limited space. If there are spaces available at a later date they will be available on a first come first serve basis.

The exhibit hall will be open during break times of sessions.
