Transcontinental Vaughan is a printer of major daily newspapers and retail flyers. It uses state of the art equipment coupled with a high level of automation and motivated workforce to be the most efficient printer in Transcontinental’s network of plants. Tour Overview

One of the most favoured items reported in past tours were the “Meeting Circle” areas.   These were located directly in front of a white board with various KPI’s and metrics for a given area.  Each meeting area had footprints placed in a semi-circle and labelled with the title of the Team Member.  It would be easy for any leader of such a session to know quickly who was missing from their huddle.  This was just one element of many wonderful things that could be seen during this tour.
